Kathmandu is the home base for Jamuna Sanam, a musician who has carved out a unique space in the pop and Indian pop music scenes. By mixing traditional Nepali sounds with modern pop beats, she has created a signature style that feels both nostalgic and fresh. Her work focuses on soulful singing and lyrics that aim to touch the listener's emotions. Her discography spans over a decade, starting with her 2013 album *Aakashko Joon*. Recently, she has been very active in the studio, releasing the track "Raktim Rato Rangama Tara Chamkiyo" in 2022. This was followed by a busy 2023, which saw the release of three distinct singles: "Nagin," "Chaubandi Ma Char Wota Tuna," and "Mayale Diyako Rumal." These new releases show her ability to experiment with different musical tones while maintaining the popularity she has built throughout her career.
